Main St. Design Purchases Koios Technology (formerly AI Business Solutions) & Increases Services
Bel Air, Maryland – August 25, 2011 – Main St. Design, owned and operated by Bill Walden, is a full service advertising and design firm. Mr. Walden brings 25 years of experience in the advertising and design field to the ever-growing firm. In July of 2011 Main St. Design purchased Koios Technology from owner Tony Fares. Steve Oliver, a talented web developer and information technology guru, previously employed by Koios, joins the award winning staff. “With Steve’s experience and knowledge he allows Main St. Design to offer a wider range of web and interactive services to our clients. We are lucky to have him on board,” Walden states.
Main St. Design’s staff also includes Marianne Panos, Art Director and Design guru. Ms. Panos joined Main St. Design 8 years ago after graduating from Villa Julie College, now Stevenson University. “With her passion for design and creativity as well as her attention to detail, Marianne can make any brand or concept come to life,” says Walden.
Main St. Design is also excited to announce the upcoming redesign of the firm website. The website redesign will showcase the new services and capabilities the firm has to offer clients and further brand Main St. Design as the expert firm in Mass Communication Services in Harford County. “With Marianne and Steve collaborating on this venture, it’s sure to be creative and innovative,” states Walden.
The strategic purchase of Koios Technology allows Main St. Design to offer more services to current and prospective clients of Main St. Design, as well as those clients whom transferred with the sale. New services to Main St. Design’s offering include: custom web application design, hosted Microsoft Exchange email, web hosting, database management and online backup. The firm will also continue to offer services including: corporate identity, branding, direct mail, print and media advertising, strategic marketing, web & interactive advertising, social media and search engine optimization.
